| im having trouble with a free float handguards barrel nut. the problem is the lowers take down pin is pushed slightly off so I cant put the rifle togegher again. wanted to know if any one else had the problem. will shims or spacers work to fix the issue? |

I just screwed a YHM barrel nut onto an upper as far as it would go without a barrel and it does not interfere with the pivot pin.
With a barrel in place it could not even get close. So again post pictures or better yet go to your hometown forum and find someone who knows what they are doing to help in person. |
