I have a couple old milspec triggers laying around and was wondering if anyone had every made one flat? I have a geissele 3g that is just excellent and understand some 1911 folks feel a flat trigger is a cleaner despite the pull weight.
I figured I would just pull out the lincoln and put a couple passes of the tig gun over it to build it up then flatten it with a file.. If anyone has tried this or with JB or something similar let me know I would really like to see. |
