is keymod a standardized thing?

will a keymod accessory such as a handstop fit on any brand keymod rail? or are they brand specific?

I have an upper en route with a cmmg rkm11 on it. need to know where to get a handstop.

It's a standardized thing. If you're buying a keymod accessory, in theory, it'll fit any keymod rail.
