What is a good barrel to buy?

What is the intended purpose? Plinking, long range, match competition

What is your budget?

What is your favourite colour?

I wanna use it for plinking, maybe competition and probably shoot to around 300 yard's.

Competition is going to have a different set of expectations versus a barrel for plinking/defense and 300 yard shooting.

For plinking and shooting at combat distances I would get a 16 inch midlength from BCM. Get the standard or pay a little extra for hammer forged.

For competition I would imagine barrel length and gas system might be dictated by rules, and given an option I would lean towards a NM stainless steel type barrel.

Yes, that's two different rifles and two different barrels.
