Does anyone know if Mega Arms new MKM Keymod 2 piece upper will work with a piston sytem (such as CMMG or AA)?

It absolutely will! The MKM was designed to work just like our old MTS Monolithic upper. It will work with Adams Arms, but only the sets we sell. The difference in in the spring seat of the piston rod itself.

To dig up an old thread: where can you find the Mega/Adams pston kits? I am in the process of ordering an MKM for my new build, but I don't want to be stuck in limbo because I cannot find a piston kit...
