I'm hoping someone here has ran across this issue and will have some advice.
The upper seems to fit well onto the lower but I am unable to push both breakdown pins through... I can push one or the other but not both. |

The upper was built by kak ind
The lower is Action arms with CMMG LPK It's the FDE one in the pic http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l178/akg0186/5D2DEE97-F46A-4A01-B0FF-232C54A64F51-8914-000002EA123BC8F8.jpg |

Do you have the hammer cocked? Will this upper fit on the other lower? This lower fit on the other upper? The hammer is cocked The upper fits on another lower but pretty tight. The lower also fits on other upper but extremely tight... I think the combination of the two equals clusterfuck |

I've got some combos that I need to hit pretty hard to get the rear pin in. ^^^This. I have a few combos that are ULTRA tight. I either swap lowers/uppers until they fit better or tap the rear pin in with a rubber mallet ![]() |

Can you fit the front pin and pivot completely? When it is closed, take a look trough the rear hole and see how it lines up (will need a light or disassemble the lower partially) Yes, I can pivot completely when front pin is in. It's hard to tell if rear holes line up perfectly but it looks like it's off just a hair. |
