Hey guys, I have the 12.5 inch URX II on my Noveske Project Ares... When I press my thumb on the bottom portion of the rail (closest to the mag well) or push/pull my VFG, the bottom portion of the rail and heat guard move slightly vertical - enough that I can hear and feel it. it's driving me crazy when I grab my foregrip...

Thoughts? Is this normal? And is there a way to tighten it up without taking it apart with the proprietary wrench?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Did you make sure the screws are tight on the side?

Yes they're extremely tight from the factory... So tight that I can't even unscrew them. There are only two screws, one at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions parallel to the gas block.

Put two more screws at the back. I run mine with two at the rear, and two at the front for a total of four.

These are the screws you want...

They don't need to be stupid tight, but should be screwed on with some blue loctite to keep them from backing out.

I had 2 fall out, it should have 4 from the factory.  KAC sent me replacements free of charge when I inquired about it in the industry section.
