I've got a Seekins Precision forged lower on the way and was wondering what would be good quality matching forged upper receiver to try and find for it.
I know Seekiins makes a nice billet upper but this is a forged lower - would you still spend the extra $ for a billet upper anyway? I'm wanting to make a quality HD 14.5" rifle.

Nope.

Plenty of very accurate, reliable, durable guns have been built with standard forged uppers.  

If you want billet for the look, then have at it.
