I have a Preban Bushmaster that I am trying to remove the Grip from.  No matter what I try to use, I cant get the bolt to move.  I have put extensions on the Allen keys to get more leverage and the damn thing wont move.  Any suggestions?  Should I try using some sort of lube to loosen it?

You can try to heat the bolt a bit with a hair dryer or if stubborn maybe a soldering iron on the bolt just in case they blue loc tighted it. The second suggestion is not what I would do first though.

I haven't been inside one of those...is the grip screw hole open to the interior of the lower? If so, I'd shoot some PB blaster in there and let it sit for a couple hours.

I will try the hair dryer.  I dont have a soldering iron.  Its starting to really frustrate me.  It is the original grip so its been on there for 17 years or so.
No the bolt is not exposed inside the lower receiver.
