[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Re-using buffer?

Doing a stock swap, and am wondering if I can re-use the buffer and spring, back plate, and castle nut? I do not think my current castle nut is staked, if that makes a difference. Doing a carbine to carbine swap, so I'm guessing the spring and buffer should be the same?
