I am looking to build a couple AR's and I have a couple choices for my lower at the local shop and I am not sure which to go with.
CMMG MK4 (I have heard of them) DTI-15 (not familiar with this one) Both are $129. I am planing on picking them up tomorrow so any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

At fact, run. $129 together is not bad. DTI is Del-Ton. It doesn't really matter who made the lower, as long as it's spec, both will work fine, but if they are $129 each, that is highway robbery. |

I agree on it being highway robbery. Grab a Surplus Ammo & Arms or a PSA for around $80 and you'll almost have enough to pay for your LPK. |

Not sure what you are paying for your lowers, but they are $120 on their corresponding web sights add in shipping to FFL still cheaper to get local cheapest I have found anything local is $99 on sale. Still thinking about waiting for the next gun show to see what deals to be had. besides I have a POF 308 build to start. Thanks for your input, gives me something to consider on the cost |
