I just got a DD Omega 9.0 rail. Should I use some blue loctite on the rail screws and/or the barrel nut screws? The install directions don't call for it, but does anybody have any experience with these coming loose after awhile?

What would it hurt to put it on? You have a multi hundred dollar piece of equipment that is held together by screws, unless it is applied by the factory put the loctite on!
