Are you building your upper yourself?

What caliber? What barrel length? Many factory uppers are quite good.

Call Steve at Adco Firearms, http://www.adcofirearms.com/

Buy a Rock River stainless varminter barrel from them and have them send it over to Schuster Manufacturing to get fluted and bead blasted.
I got one done like this and it is AWESOME! Shoots like a laser and is very unique. Beautiful work at a great price.

The Wilson Barrels from RRA are not bad for factory, but I would look at WOA barrels. Their 20" SDM barrel weighs the same as a SPR barrel, but is 20", not 18", as well as heavily fluted.

For something different, look at the Terebratus (18" SPR), or the Hoplite (20" SDM) from Superior Barrels.

You could try one of THESE. I've been using one on my 3 gun rifles this year and like it a lot thus far.

I have a J&T 20" SS fluted barrel I bought when I was on a budget, and it shoots 1/2moa with 75 TAP and 77 Seirra's

But if you are not on a budget, I would look at WOA
