Most of their stuff I've seen seems to be pretty high quality. There were some complaints about them not staking the bolt carrier and telling people not to as well. If you order one from rainier arms they were going in and staking them before mailing them out though.

Can't speak for their entire upper.

only thing I can vouch for is their bolt carrier groups....I used the NM chromed one and will be getting one in my next AR....for me the value of chrome on cleaning time is worth every penny.
