If I didnt just buy the Battlecomp, I would probably try one of these.

Not really "new"...I have used them on 2 builds so far...definately unique and priced right.

Nice, just asked them if it is available for the AR10, thats all I have at the moment in need of a flash hider. If not I will go with the Vortex.

wow, thats a hell of a lot cheaper than CMMG's glass breaker.  i wonder how it holds up tho with that type of abuse?

Hahahaha ..

:D

that´s all pure sh!t.

Its not a Bayonet, and even that will only count if out of ammo and DAMN close.

IMHO the Troy FH / Comp/sharp tool may be slightly better at flash hiding than the Phantoms, because of the ragged and staggered air inlets ( will hide the "internal" flash ), but that ( above )  thing does NOTHING for me!

Here's a link to a vid of the Dragon flash hider.  It's not too bad on a 16" barrel.  We'll do more as time allows.

I'll be that guy:

What happens when your rifle hits the ground muzzle first hard enough to bend the prongs?

I'm curious as well. Is it strong enough to not bend while impacting the ground?
