I have a stag model 1 with the standard 16" barrel. I'm not
Getting the groups I want, was looking for a match grade barrel
With the front sight in matte . And tapped for brake that reasonably
Priced. Any suggestions?I'm grouping about 3" I have a leupold mark ar
Scope on a Burris ar  mount now I'm using my reloads. Which were better
Than the walmart 100 round boxes I was shooting

What ammo are you using? It might not be the barrel. Just wondering if you've perfected the reloads or if you've ever tried any good factory match ammo (Fiocchi, Corbon, etc.)

The absolute first thing to check is the shooter, let someone else shoot it. I also wouldn't expect much less than 2" groups with the Fed bulk ammo. Then again I have gotten moa out of PMC from a couple different lots, it's just NOT common.

Im using MidwayUSA Dogtown Bullets 22 Caliber (224 Diameter) 55 Grain Hollow Point
It is getting tighter groups than bulk.I had others shot and get the same
Results as I . Is there a bullet that some are using with better results?

You need to see what your rifle likes to know for sure, but I would start by getting some factory match grade ammo.  Hornady has a few loads you could try, and see how they shoot with someone who is more skilled than you are.  That's not a dig on your skill level, but you need to isolate the rifle as much as possible, and if you are a 2.5 MOA shooter at best, you'll never get an MOA gun to shoot to it's potential with any regularity.

If you try a few match grade loads (45-60 grains.....maybe 69) with a known shooter behind the gun and it still won't group, get with Stag Arms.  I've seen one of their 6.8SPC barrels come out crappy and unable to group, so it CAN happen, but it is pretty unusual these days.

They stood behind that gun BTW, despite the fact that the owner had tried everything (FF tube, muzzle brake, etc.) trying to get the rifle to shoot.  The barrel was replaced and groups shrunk to sub MOA.
