BCM. If you navigate up you'll see their whole upper's product line, but I posted this one because most of the others are out of stock. Apparently their customer service is top notch as well.

| BCM on a 20" upper all the way!! But, I think the website says "out of stock" right now. I picked mine up on the EE as a stripped upper and filled it with a BCM bolt carrier group, BCM medium tac latch charging handle, GI carry handle and Bushmaster handguards for a win. |
