| How old do you have to buy to buy a complete ar - 15 lower? I know 18 for a complete rifle and 21 for a stripped lower, but is it different for a complete lower? thanks for the help! |

I don't suggest you do this, but jusy saying Items restricted to being purchased by those 21 and older apply to FFL sales only. One can buy a stripped lower, handgun, etc in a private transation provided one is 18. There is nothing "sneaky" about it. Perfectly legal and no reason to hide such a transation. Also, he was going to buy a complete rifle in a private transation, he could just as well buy a rifle from an FFL. |
