I have an old A2 stock with a rifle buffer tube from a butchered Bushmaster. I was interested in trying this stock out first for a SPR build. I'll most likely be using a Noveske barrel + switchblock, which employs their proprietary intermediate gas system. If I use that gas system or a similar mid-length system, what buffer spring and weight do I need to purchase to make it work? A carbine length spring with a H weight carbine buffer? If I don't like this stock when using a scope, I'll probably purchase an UBR.

I tried doing a search, but could not find the answer to my question.

Thank You

With the fixed rifle length stock you use a rifle length buffer and spring.  Much simpler than the H, H2s, H3s, Qs, STs, ABCs available for carbine length configurations.
