kinda a all around rifle, hunting, range gun, whatever.  its a cmmg m4 carbine, how accurate can that stock barrel be?

How about a free float handguard with the Texas logo like my LaRue?

They're not hard to install, I did it myself with proper tools like an upper receiver action block, handguard wrench, strap wrench, and a table vice, it took me about less than 30 minutes.
