What length rail did you get?  9?    Is Spikes installing the rail on the middy for you?  If so going to call them.

That rail I believe is the BAR which is the larger size of their two new rails they are coming out with.  They are also going to be doing a Slim Rail which I havent seen yet.

That's good to hear. Personally, the rail pictured is way too large but looks great for someone looking to do an SD type upper. I'll keep an eye out for the slim version.

Spikes doesn't necessarily reinvent the wheel, but they make a damn good wheel at a great price with tremendous customer service. There are plenty of great reasons to go with Spikes products.

Ok i am not throwing down on spikes. I believe they are an excellent dealer in terms of CS and QC. Still for almost 200$ bucks, what does it do that the offerings from Midwest Ind. or YHM o even Troy wont. Again, this is not bashing, it's just that i have downed too much kool aid at this point.

Well said. When it comes down to it, we have an extremely large choice of vendors from which to buy an endless amount of products. Many of us choose to buy from Spike's because of the above! Can you really ask for much more out of a company? Tom even offers free parts/accessories to members who didn't even buy from him!(re: member damaged DD Lite rail parts and Tom chimed in on the thread offering to send him the parts for free, even paid shipping)
