Greetings, I just joined today, as I have been admiring this site for a couple of months now. Permit me to begin with a question. I took possession of my brand new Stag Arms 2T AR-15 this morning. I installed a Harris Bi-Pod LM with the Harris AR-15 Picatanny bottom rail mount. The rifle comes equiped with the Samson rails. I installed it using the two forward most rail slots available. My problem is this: Since this is a 16" barrel carbine rifle, I do not have enough space on the bottom rail to cup my left palm and take up a grip, as the Bi-Pod mopunt is in the way. Are there any after-market bottom Picatanny rail extensions that I can marry onto the current bottom rail, to give me an extra two inches of space to fit my hand behind the Bi-Pod mount? Or is this just pie-in-the-sky thinking?
