[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Barrel help

I'm building an SPR so I'm looking for a 18" heavy barrel, finished in black and threaded for a brake. I'd also prefer it to be fluted but it's not a dealbreaker. I'm looking to spend around 300-400 bucks on it. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
