I'm thinking of putting purchasing a SPR upper. I know the mod 1 style is more function and less expensive, but I'm just in love with the look of the mod 0 with the PRI FF tube and PEQ rail. I'm torn between the offerings from ADCO and MSTN.  I've read lots of posts in the past about these products, and I have done some searches. Just looking for some current opinions. I'm a hobby shooter. Won't be using this for serious work, however I take pride in knowing that my gear would be ready for it. Any reviews or recommendations would be appreciated. Here are my main questions:

1. Barrel - WOA vs. Noveske... will I notice any real world difference? I plan on reloading 77gr smk's

2. Build quality - anyone with uppers from ADCO or MSTN or both, I'd like to know how they compare.
