Has Anyone been complaining about Bushmasters long delay or is my wait abnormal? I orderd a Bushmaster lower with a two stage trigger from Bushmaster last November 10...I did expect a little delay. Initially i believe they told me 4 weeks. In march they said in june or july. Today after a email reuest they responded;
Sorry we have not released lower yet, we are hoping to be able to release them with in the next 60 to 90 days. Thank You.... I have received the complete upper and the stock not to long after I ordered. (I picked up a carbine barrel during their last fall sale Last September), otherwise I would problably get the complete gun somewhere else?? Has ANYONE recenly received a lower from Bushmaster?? |

The bushmaster 2 stage trigger is the worst 2 stage on the market. So I would change that on your order. +1 Buy a lower and a 2 stage from the web and install it yourself, PKFirearms has the RRAs 2 stage in stock regularly. I have picked up 2 nice used Bushy complete lowers for under $250 this year... post election. And topped them off w/ Bushy uppers from PKF for $515= $765 for a complete Bushy rifle as compared to $900 and up in the local shops...... |
| Also, you realize there is nothing better about a bushmaster lower right? You just like the name? that would be the only reason to wait for one. The nicest lower I have is a Mega. Sabre defense in nice LMT is nice, I've had a bushmaster and it was ho-hum, Armalite was ho-hum. |

They seem to be shipping complete rifles out ok. I would cancel the order and purchase one of the many quality lowers available right now. GTS is selling the BCM complete lowers for $350 and that's for tier one quality, unlike BM.
