I have a DNTC comp and would like to move back to the standard A2 flash suppressor. Is it safe for me to re-use the crush washer that is currently being used with the DNTC?

if you can get it to index properly and the FH is torqued down securely, sure why not...

pretty sure they're designed for one time use. They're under a buck IIRC, why not just stock up on a few?

i believe you can re-use a crush washer or a split washer. a peel washer is what you may want to replace.
