[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How to remove AK Style Muzzle

Does anyone know how to remove this Muzzle from this rifle? Are the treads clockwise or counter. Does that pin have to come out?

That can be removed with a dremel tool and a lot a care with a cutting wheel. It is pinned in place and then a weld over the pin. It threads on like a standard flash hider.

Unless you are really careful, I'd suggest you send it to someone like ADCO for removal.

I spoke with my local gunsmith today and he seemed to think that it's not threaded. Can anyone confirm this? Have anyone ever removed this kind before?
