Hi,

I see a lot of after-market detachable carry handles out there, e.g. UAG, UTG, etc.  These all run 30%-50% the price of brands like DPMS, Colt, RRA, etc.

Are these a bargain or B.S.?

Thanks.

Get a name brand. The cheap ones I looked at had hard to turn adjustments and the aperatures moved.

We got to stop meeting like this Aimless. People will talk.

Numrich had Cardinal Forge carry handles for $49 a while back.

Thanks for the input folks.

I suspected that they were bunk, and Made In China (MIC) is an absolute No-Go for me.

I checked out Numrich, but they no longer had any deals like that.  I snoozed on a new Colt one on eBay for $70.

Well, I'll keep looking...

Thanks again.

Question:

When you turn the elevation wheel on your piece all the way up, does it go all the way around back to the starting point, or does it max out about halfway around?

Not to hijak' but RRA should'nt call their rear sights "carry handles", it is so short no grown man can get his fingers wrapped around it.
