Besides CMMG where can I order the following:

11.5" steel chrome lined barrel - lightweight profile preferably, with a low profile gas block installed instead of the front site gas block.

I am not sure if they do them, but you should try superior barrels. They have a bunch of stuff that is proven submoa, I will be going through them for a couple barrels pretty soon. they also offer what is called hard blue. Check out their site.

I went with Bushmaster. I had to go with a 1:9 twist instead of a 1:7, but the new barrels are chrome-moly and chrome lined with m4 feed ramps in their barrel extensions. The guy was much more courteous than other customer service persons with other companies I've dealt with. He also informed me that they offer milled gas blocks instead of standard front sight blocks for those who want to use free float forends over the block (which is what I'll be doing). And all for a much, much better price. I had a bushmaster before and never had accuracy or function problems so I'm happy with the purchase.
