Okay, can anyone tell me what the threaded holes are for on my QUAD RAIL. The holes are on each end of the rails. Am I missing some seriously cool accessory?

I'm guessing a LaRue, but the "holes" aren't threaded.

YHM is my quess, some of them have threaded holes in the ends for studs.

The holes in my KAC rail are threaded and I have no idea what they are for.
