I am just wondering if i could use anti-seize on the threads of the upper when i install my barrel  instead of moly grease????

Sure

Build It Yourself tacked thread FALARAK has a changing barrel FAQ where it recommends any good grease so I would think anti-seize would be fine. If you happen to buy some moly grease from somewhere ( I think I got mine from Bushmaster) it'll last you until forever.

Any grease that does not contain graphite and can handle the heat is a suitable choice.

Anti-seize or grease, it does not matter.  They are not intended to actually prevent seizing, but to lubricate the barrel nut so a smooth, accurate torque-down can be accomplished.
