hi guys i am building my second ar-15. my first was a 18 inch bull and now i want to build a 16 inch tac gun. wanted some info on what is a good upper reciver to buy complet. my bull reciver is a tony custom from ohio. i have a wilson combt lower and i want a good smooth upper with no iron sights. i am new to the ar-15 rifle and this sight thanks for any help. I think you will find most are basically the same and everyone has their preferences. Check out the LaRue link at the top of the pages. I believe they build a beefier upper for stresses and longevity. Happy hunting and welcome!

Do you want a $200 billet model or a ~$120 forged model?

LMT and CMT are good uppers and widely available. Vltor billets are nice.
