To all the match barrel gunsmiths out there... Has anyone come up with a good method or deburring tool for deburring the drilled gas port hole where it intersects the bore? I have several new chrome plated barrels with substantial burrs in the bores and I don't want to just "shoot" the burr out although I am well aware that is the most commonly done... but least desirable method. I don't want to trap a burr with the bullet and potentially scratch the bore from the the gas port to the muzzle. Has anyone used a hand held deburring tool or an automated tool like an EZ-Burr ? Thanks. |
