Looked at the RRA but not sure I like the Wylde Chamber.  Would get 20" stainless
RRA

Looked at the DPMS but mixed reviews on DPMS
DPMS

Looked at Del-Ton, but not sure it is 5.56 NATO.

Any idea or thoughts or others I should look at? Any advice is much appreciated!

LMT makes a good upper at a good price.

Daniel Defense might be a good option for you.  You can also go with a Larue upper or Noveske.  

All of these are spendy though.
