I replaced my fixed telestock with an adjustable stock and used (I believe) the factory original buffer and spring.  This shouldn't cause any cycling issues correct?

I thought that only causes issues between changing from A2 to telestock and vice versa right?

Sorry, but I just can't remember if the new stock came with a new spring and buffer.  I think I am getting old.

Carbine stock to carbine stock, should be fine for using carbine buffer and spring.  Rifle length buffer will be too long to allow proper cycling.

Okay, thought so, but had to ask since I sometimes get shortcycles.  Thanks for the response.

I did some more reading and found out that many of the fixed telestock models used a rifle length spring.  This could cause some short stroking.  you may want to check your spring length.
