If money is not a limiting factor, you can buy a stripped Colt lower from Specialized Armament for $399. Colt complete lowers do occasionally show up in the EE or on Gunbroker and lastly you could go buy a Colt and sell the upper on the EE.

Buy a Post ban match target with fixed stock and change out the barrels...

All Colt, and the upper and lower will match in color...
