| I purchased an Olympic Arms AR-15 and the gun will cycle SS-109 ammunition but my reloads are a bit softer and will not kick out. Can someone recommend an after market Butt Stock Buffer Spring that will work with both the military and softer reloads? I shot some of my reloads through a Colt SP-1 and they worked fine as did the SS-109's. Thank you in advance for your help. All help and suggestions are appreciated. Sgt. Mike |

I have no idea what Oly puts in their rifles. but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if yours has a non standard spring. Oly is (in)famous for using non standard oddsn'ends stuff in their products What I'd recommend is that you just buy another, non Olympic spring, and give it a try. If your loads cycle in an SP1 they should work in any piece w/standard parts. It's just that Oly doesn't always have the same "standards" as everyone else. If the replacement spring doesn't fix it, get back to us and we'll work it from there.
