I have been looking for days for the elusive UBR. Is it out? Who has them. I have seen enough on the picture boards to assume someone is going to do a review. Am I right?

Magpul did a preproduction release of them. They are not shipping production units yet.
If you dig through that thread you can read a few well written reviews.

There was a guy on lightfighter.com that had one for sale.
