[ARCHIVED THREAD] - unknown complete upper???any help???

I just purchased an unknown complete upper. It is a 20" S.S. heavy barrel with black anodized aluminum round forearm. Looks just like a Les Baer, but it has no markings on it. I know it is about 6 years old. The bolt is not chromed. Any ideas on how to identify what I have?

Any markings on the barrel? If the upper has a square O forge mark, I would suspect Oly. Other than that, could be anyones. I have an Oly upper that looks just like it.

I have an upper from Model 1 sales that is near identical to this. Could be a model 1 unit, the top of my barrel has a M1 or M1S on it, check to see if yours has that.
