| I just put together a Brand new Colt A3 and Stag 16'' barrel every componet on the upper is brand new, is there anything i need to do before i go and shoot it, this is my first build with brand new parts. Also my new stag complete lower half is new should i do anything to it. |

Load only 2 to 4 rounds in the first magazine. Check the safety - put it on and try to pull the trigger, then let it off to see if it follows. Second, shoot a few 5 round magazines to make sure the disconnect works before loading 20 or 30 rounds and finding that it goes full auto. And then have fun. |
