| I've got a couple made by them but with another company's stamp on it. I use it with my suppressor to help with the "gas in your face" problem. I've also used it with my 9mm upper. It is different but I don't think I'll go as far as saying it's better but everyone will have their own opinion. It is heavier than a standard upper so don't expect to use it with you light weight upper. Give Ameetec a call. |
With a suppressor, more gas gets blown back and it usually goes through the charging handle and into the shooter's face. It's not really a problem without a suppressor. This doesn't happen with the side charger. |
