Hello all, I just bought a stripped Arms Corp USA lower receiver in perfect condition, I wondering if anybody knows is these lowers are pre-ban or post-ban. Upon inspection of this lower it appears that it’s milled similar to a M16 lower with no sear pin hole. The finish is good a dark black color, I will post pictures tomorrow. I’m planning on buying a 16 inch LMT upper to mate to this lower, when Denny gets more in. Thanks in advance.  Bruce_Wayne |
