[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Buttstock Assembly Installation Methods

I have a Colt 6920 and would like to install a LMT buttstock assembly. I have never done this before, and would be grateful for suggested instructions.

Since you already have a milspec buffer tube, you should be able to install the new stock on the same tube.

Exactly. Just pull off the Colt stock and slide on the LMT. Leave the extension tube alone.
