I just put together my 1st adjustable stock.  I went with the CTR mil-spec and 6 point tube.  To my noob suprize I realized I needed a shorter buffer witch I ordered.  Now I'm wondering if I need a different size spring or can the std. lenght be used/modified?

Carbine buffers & springs do not interchange with rifle buffers & springs, nor can they be modified.
