[ARCHIVED THREAD] - TAPCO T6 Stock Questions

Can anyone tell me if the Tapco T6 AR15 buttstock kits have a commercial or mil-spec buffer tube? Also, any opinions regarding the Tapco quality? I've seen some of their early FAL stuff and it kinda sucked.

can't answer the first question.but,i have the tapco furniture set for the ak and sks.they seem to be quite rugged and serviceable.i like mine.of course,you do sacrifice cool points....ymmv.

You can probably find a RRA M4 stock assembly for less, or (even better) a CMT for the same price.

tapco and milspec NEVER go in the same sentance. theirs is commercial.

that said i have 2 and both have actually been decent stocks. one i have have beat the shit out of and it's as solid as anything else. I seem to be the odd man out with this because everyone else i have seen abuse one has broken it.
