With the LMT MPRs, do you mean with or without the barrel; and, CQB or rifle lenght?

How about this?

Does anyone know the weights, for the sake of comparison, of

LMT MRP

LARUE Monolith

VLTOR monolith

Assuming equivalent barrel setup and equivalent length.  How about midlength, for the sake of the discussion?

Even this is not a perfect question, as the LMT limits your barrel choices, but it's worth a stab.

Throw in the combined weight of, say a Stealth upper receiver and a railed upper of equivalent length.  What I assume the OP wants to know, along with a lot of us, is how do these setups handle in comparison with each other, and compared to an old fashioned upper/rail combo.

Hard to weigh vaporware...

The Vltor Monolith is in-fact called the VIS and was mentioned in the original post.
The Vltor VIS is NOT in-fact a monolith.
It's two pieces bonded together, but done in such a way that you should be able to treat it as a monolith.

A complete upper with a comparable barrel, BCG, BUIS, etc.  I'm not looking for an exact weight in grams lol.  Just to see if the weight difference is large enough to make an effect.
