I'm going to be upgrading my bushy 6 pos stock to a Magpul CTR. I know I need to order a new mil-spec tube. But, can I use my existing buffer and spring, or do I need new ones of those also?

Sure, they're compatible, but you might want to use an H buffer or heavier. Bushmaser still uses the carbine buffer as far as I know. It'll work, but you'll like an H better.
