Just fitted a 2piece Quad Rail Handguard to my Carbine & it rotates a couple of mil either way,the front cap & rear grip holder move slightly too,is this normal

,not sure of the make.

The bottom part (where the vertical forward grip attaches) on my KAC RAS does this. I think it's common on alot of multi-piece rails.

What brand is your rail system?

For the KAC parts, the fix for the bottom rail is to order the SAS upgraded lower rail that locks in like the upper.

If the forgrip is loose, you might need a new core section.

This wobble is very common with 2-piece rail systems that lock into place similar to the standard handguards. This includes stuff from KAC, MI, and YHM.

Surefire is one exception because it actually locks to the barrel using it's tensioning system.
