I bought 2 7.62 x 39 kits from model 1 last week and I took them out to shoot yesturday. Started shooting the flattop first. It would fire 1 round out of 20. (Cheap wolf ammo) It would leave a dimple in the primer so I thought it was the ammo. I began shooting the other rifle and it shot every round. This obviosly means that it wasn't the cheap ammo, but my rifle right? Do I need to send the kit back to model one or is there something I can do to fix it myself? What would cause this?

Thanks for your help ahead of time.

Sounds like a weak or improperly installed trigger spring

Sounds like cheap Wolf Ammo to me. According to a recent post 7.62x39 wolf ammo has recessed primers. Check THIS THREAD for a fix.
