Still early, but does anyone know if the new continuous rails have generally the same fastening systems? Like the KAC URX II and the upcoming DD Lite rail? Same basic attachment mechanism? Any word if Larue's coming out with a competitor? |

The DD system is different than any other rails I've seen (aside from the DD AR10). The work I have done with their RIS II has shown it to be one of, if not the simplest rail to install. Their screw/ locking method is a pleasure to work with. ETA- I believe Larue is headed in a different direction this time with their upper/ rail system, which is good. Diversity has never been greater in the AR parts world that what it is currently offered, and it continues to grow. I look forward to Larues new products as well. |
